I bought two of these for my '06 Tacoma 4X4 here on Amazon. Came with inner and outer seal. I recommend new axle nuts also which it did not come with.The original left side outer seal was not performing correctly so that side went out first. Seems to be an 06 Tacoma specialty. The left side Dorman replacement was abnormally hard to spin the hub out of the box. It is now making a noise when turning right.The right side spun normally and is still hanging in there hense three stars instead of one. One good out of two deserves 2.5 stars. Could have been shipping damage maybe, i.e. dropped on concrete? Packaging was not adequate for such a heavy part.I'm going to seperate the Dorman hub from bearing and report back on what bearing is actually used.New left side replacement will be either Koyo or NSK.
