I bought two different sizes on my first order and found that the 9 inch fit me with out being too tight (I'm 6'4" , 230 lbs). The bracelet is well made. The ends have been slightly melted so that the cord won't unravel until needed - a very neat job. I used a bracelet in the back woods of NC and I had about 9 feet of paracord. I used part to replace a broken boot lace and the rest to tie gear to my pack. This product was so useful that I re-ordered several more.
